Each year we travel around the country to art shows where we show our puppets and meet many of you. We travel in February and March, again in June, and finally in October. The rest of the year we're home working on making puppets for people like you.

(We do in fact bring our sewing machines and some materials with us so that we can make puppets for people even while we're on the road. Our access to materials is more limited, and we can't make things as quickly as we can at home, but the quality of our creations remains the same.)

The remainder of our show schedule for 2010 is all tentative at this time. Each show where we display our puppets is a juried art show, judged by an independent jury of art experts. Their tastes determine whether we are accepted or rejected at a particular show. We were told by a highly respected independent art expert (and juror at several major art shows) that many jurors may not give our work serious consideration because they are "puppets" and puppets connote toys, not serious art.  We view our work as both toys and serious art. Fortunately, there are enough jurors who agree, but we can never be sure as to what shows will accept us or reject us from year to year. We hope to be in some combination of the following cities this summer and fall: Kansas City, St. Louis, Atlanta, Chicago, Minneapolis, Salt Lake City, and Houston.
